About the Role

The Global Head of Broker Proposition will lead the development of Liberty Specialty Markets' (LSM) global broker insight programme, driving success in our markets and understanding partner experience.

The role will report to the LII Global Head of Business Development and LII Strategy Leader to effectively drive Global LSM market insights strategy, capturing and benchmarking qualitative and quantitative broker data, insights, and feedback.

The primary objective is to measure broker experience and market engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a matrix reporting structure to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop question sets and mechanisms for global application.
  • Establish tools and techniques for global application, working externally with partners to drive target response rates and uptake.
  • Triangulate findings with other key areas of market insight.
  • Lead regional executive and overall executive engagement on findings, agreeing implications and proposed actions.
  • Champion insights and embed findings across all parts of LII, driving change in behaviours and processes to improve experience and insights.

Delivery

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with brokers, business partners, and colleagues to maximise influence and achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in broker meetings and discussions, presenting insights and owning follow-up actions.
  • Work closely with LSM marketing to reflect insights into campaigns and overall brand proposition.
  • Support key internal stakeholders to define and deliver value-add improvements across the business.
