Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic communications plans to achieve client goals and objectives
* Lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to deliver high-quality results
* Conduct client meetings and build long-term relationships based on trust and value
* Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and projects

Requirements

* 3-5 years of experience in PR/communications, with a focus on public affairs and infrastructure
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
* A professional manner and a willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
