Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site servicing and maintenance of our products using company checklists and procedures.
  • Install and maintain our products on customer sites, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Generate and validate leads from service visits for the business development team to follow up.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address on-site issues and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Attend regular service meetings via Teams and head office to discuss service-related matters.
  • Plan and book servicing work using our service planning system to meet customer expectations and servicing dates.
  • Utilize customer servicing and facilities management systems to ensure compliance with servicing documentation.
Requirements
  • A full clean driving license.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel at short notice as required.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
