Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and help us improve the profitability of the company through new data sources and advanced modeling techniques. This role will involve working on end-to-end data science projects, from ideation to production deployment, and measuring the impact of our models through A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to enhance processes using new data and sophisticated machine learning techniques.
  • Manage projects from inception to deployment, including benefit assessment.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to standard processes, CI/CD, and test coverage.
  • Work with DevOps and Data Engineers to deploy machine learning models on AWS.
  • Provide mentorship to peers and partners on potential actions and impacts.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a strong background in machine learning, computer science, statistics, or a related field. You should have demonstrable experience in applying, researching, and developing sophisticated statistical and machine learning methods to drive value in a commercial setting. Additionally, you should be proficient in Python, have knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design, and testing practices, and be familiar with Agile methodologies.
