English ECT Role Overview

Wayman Education is seeking an experienced and passionate English ECT to join a reputable secondary school in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent teaching across KS3, KS4, and KS5, and will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire secondary students to reach their full potential
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, maintaining accurate records of their academic performance
  • Create a safe and conducive learning environment that promotes academic excellence
  • Collaborate with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support for secondary students

Requirements:
