Clear Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to drive the firm forward while maintaining personal service to clients.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with at least 6 months of solid Residential Conveyancing experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

The role involves working closely with Fee Earners to grow the department, handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages, and dealing with Land Registry and SDLT.

Job Description

As a Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Compiling and sending draft contract papers
  • Drafting AP1's and TR1's
  • Requesting searches
  • Dealing with Land Registry and SDLT
  • Chasing outstanding enquiries
  • Sending requisition statements
  • Working with Fee Earners to grow the department

You will also be expected to:

  • Communicate regularly with clients for instructions
  • Work on freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of solid Residential Conveyancing experience
  • Confident and professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of case management systems and online systems
