Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Stage Manager to join our team at Curated Place.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating live music performances, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of events.

  • Coordinate with artists, band members, and tour managers to ensure a seamless performance experience.
  • Maintain detailed schedules and show reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage stage setup, logistics, and transitions to meet the needs of our performers and audience.
  • Ensure artist hospitality meets contractual agreements and exceeds expectations.
  • Distribute call sheets and provide support to artists throughout the event.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Stage Manager in large-scale festivals, with a strong understanding of production logistics.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership capabilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A passion for arts and culture, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
