Job Title: Acute Care Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker to work within the Louth Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals with acute mental health needs. As an Acute Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, planning, and implementation of evidence-based care to a defined group of service users and their carers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate care needs, assessment, planning, and implementation of evidence-based care to a defined group of service users and their carers.
  2. Provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • RMN or RNLD or RN, S/W, O/T: 1st Level Registration (NMC) or degree or equivalent.
  • Mentorship Module (degree level)
  • Evidence of specialised continued professional training (degree level) in clinical practice
  • Current Registered Professional
  • ENB998 / FliPS or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Management Training
