Job Title: Quality Audit Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Audit Team Leader to join our team at Acorn Insurance & Financial Services LTD. As a Quality Audit Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Claims Quality Analysts and providing independent oversight of handler performance, customer outcomes, and indemnity spend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Claims Quality Analysts and provide guidance on quality assurance processes.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and good governance controls.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change.
  • Collaborate with the Claims Audit Lead to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
