Job Description:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of natural stone projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Surveying: Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments to evaluate project requirements and specifications related to natural stone materials.
  • Client Liaison: Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
  • Material Selection: Advise clients on selecting natural stone materials considering aesthetics, durability, and sustainability.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare detailed project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards and client expectations, conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management and surveying within the natural stone or construction industry, particularly in high-end residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of natural stone materials, their properties, and installation techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management software and surveying tools.
