About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physics Software Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our SEED group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing novel physics and simulation technologies for our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement advanced physics simulations for real-time applications
  • Collaborate with game teams and central technology groups to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions
  • Research and optimize physics algorithms for performance and quality
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code for our game engines
  • Contribute to the development of new physics features and technologies
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in game physics, engine or middleware development, or applied research in a relevant field
  • Advanced level of real-time physics and game development knowledge
  • Experience researching and optimizing for various platforms, with an emphasis on concurrency, memory, and performance
  • Familiarity with game engines and physics engines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
