We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Minworth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry. You will work closely with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining housekeeping standards and ensuring a clean and tidy store environment
  • Setting up promotional activities and displays
  • Promoting products and services to customers
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, free jewellery allowance, flexible working hours, and no weekend working.

Please note that the Christmas period is our busiest time, and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December.
