Job Summary

Appoint Healthcare is seeking a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse & Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN & RNLD) to join their team at a specialist high dependency recovery hospital for young males in Leeds, Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to patients with mental health needs, personality disorder, self-harm, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Support colleagues and promote positive teamwork.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification - Registered Mental Health Nurse / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN or RNLD).
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions.
  • 6 months / 1 year experience in Mental Health / Acute / Learning Disability / Forensic / Low - high secure / Inpatient / NHS or private care settings / PICU.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Strong team-working skills.
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate.
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
