Join Our Team of Experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners

Chase Medical is a leading specialist Primary Care recruitment agency, working with a range of clinical and non-clinical staff within the Primary Care Sector. We are currently seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our team on a locum basis in Yate and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a Primary Care setting.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Contribute to the development of the Primary Care team and the organization as a whole.

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in Minor Illness and Independent Prescribing.
  • Recent experience within a Nurse Practitioner role in the Primary Care sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
