Job Overview

This role offers flexibility and autonomy, with first refusal on shifts across our hospitals. You will be working as part of a dynamic team, delivering exceptional services to patients in need. Our private healthcare facilities in Manchester have specialist expertise in caring for patients with complex conditions, including cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic therapy sessions to patients, utilizing your skills in massage, reiki, aromatherapy, and reflexology.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure patient care meets the highest standards.
  • Prioritize effective communication, maintaining confidentiality and respect for patients' personal information.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A recognized training qualification in complementary therapies (e.g. IFA, AOR).
  • Registration with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
  • At least three years of experience working with cancer patients, neurology, or in an acute setting.
  • Participation in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
  • Familiarity with audit and research processes, with experience of collaborating in these areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of cancer, its impact, and management.
