This Sr. Land Manager role is responsible for leading the land acquisition process, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

1. Identify and acquire suitable development sites to meet our business objectives.
2. Negotiate and manage relationships with key stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success and optimize opportunities.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on land acquisitions and site activities.

• Strong understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
