We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client's team based in London and surrounding areas.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance services. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including site inspections, maintenance and repairs, and decorating works.
Key Responsibilities- Performing site inspections to identify and report the need for major repairs
- Carrying out maintenance and repairs including leaks, changing taps, general plumbing, tiling, minor electrical works, lock changes, and decorating works
- Providing support to the wider operations team during tenants move-ins
- Performing light carpentry tasks such as building cabinets
- Proven experience within maintenance or construction
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Basic maths skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Good communication ability and confidence in front of clients
- Well-organised with good attention to detail
- Health and safety is a priority and you can spot problems before they happen
- Comfortable working alone and also as part of a team
