Key Responsibilities- Support the pharmacy team in the delivery of a high-quality medicine management service.
- Assist in the ordering and dispensing of medicines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to the stock management of medicines within the hospital, maintaining optimal levels and minimizing waste.
- Provide a dispensing service for medicines as required, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Procure and receipt medicines for the hospital, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Completion of, registration for, or attending a General Pharmaceutical Council-accredited pharmacy assistant's course.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
- Experience in ordering and dispensing medicines.
