We are looking for a seasoned clinical leader to take on the challenge of leading our clinical operations team at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. As a Lead Clinical Site Practitioner, you will be responsible for driving excellence in patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical strategy.

What You Will Do

You will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies to improve quality and safety in patient care, managing and leading teams to achieve operational efficiencies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience. Your expertise and guidance will be invaluable in helping us to deliver our vision of providing exceptional care to every child, every day.

Your Qualifications and Experience
  • NMC Registered Nurse (Child) with current registration
  • Post-registration qualification in high dependency or intensive care
  • Relevant Master's Degree, working towards, willingness to undertake or equivalent experience
  • Current EPLS or APLS qualification
  • Evidence of ongoing dynamic continuing professional development linked to demonstrable clinical competencies or appropriate postgraduate academic study

The estimated salary for this position is £78,000-£88,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
