About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Services Associate to join our Asset Management Operations team in London. As a Fund Services Associate, you will play a critical role in facilitating new business and product expansion, as well as ongoing platform maintenance, through project management of new fund launches, fund mergers, and other fund change events.

Your Impact

You will contribute to the Asset & Wealth Management division's product expansion initiatives by project managing fund launch and other fund change events for Luxembourg, Ireland, and Cayman domiciled funds. You will work closely with Portfolio Management, Product Development, Operations, external vendors, and various Federation teams to agree product design expectations, fund features, and establishing support models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage fund launch and other fund change events, including setting expectations for launch timelines, managing fund event workflow, and facilitating internal systems and external system setups.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our Asset Management Business and the investment products on offer.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of fund events, including managing stakeholder expectations, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with relevant industry experience.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Asset Management and exposure to facilitating Offshore Fund Events.
  • Strong knowledge of Offshore Funds administration and Compliance standards.
  • Ability to work well in a team, exhibit strong leadership capabilities, and make informed autonomous decisions while delivering multiple projects to tight deadlines.
