Role OverviewAs a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students with SEND and/or SEMH. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide one-to-one and small group support, assist with accessing the curriculum, and foster independent learning.
Key Responsibilities- Support students with diverse needs in a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance learning outcomes
- Assist with accessing the curriculum and promoting independent learning
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrate previous experience in supporting students with SEND and/or SEMH

We offer a competitive rate of £90-£110 per day, a supportive and inclusive work environment, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
