About the Role: As a dynamic team member at PSD Group, you'll be part of delivering cutting-edge services that help Financial Institutions achieve their B2B commercial card goals. Our fast-paced, innovative environment will give you the opportunity to drive demand, develop strategies, and ensure smooth onboarding for major international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of Large Market/B2B opportunities, exceeding KPIs for pipeline value, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
  • Lead sales discussions and pitch Card Scheme's B2B commercial card solutions to corporate customers.
  • Develop compelling sales materials to support business growth.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and ensure activation and early usage.
  • Continuously refine and improve sales processes and performance frameworks.
  • Report regularly to senior management on progress and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage Card Scheme resources and assets for maximum impact.
  • Drive deals with Financial Institution partners, aligning with B2B and OTA flows between buyers and suppliers.
  • Train FI sales teams on product knowledge to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Define key opportunities, prospects, and growth strategies in line with the Card Scheme vision.
  • Create and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring ongoing updates in SFDC.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree; MBA or post-graduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • 10–12 years of experience in commercial payments, specifically in the B2B travel and financial services sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B payments across industries like travel, oil & gas, education, and government.
  • Experience in the UAE market with a focus on sales and business development in commercial cards.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to guide teams toward measurable results.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic skills are an advantage.
