Non-Medical Prescriber

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Medical Prescriber to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering clinical recovery-oriented alcohol and drug intervention services.
About the Role:As a Non-Medical Prescriber, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment and interventions for individuals accessing our clinical services. You will work closely with our team to provide holistic care, including harm minimization, clinical interventions, psycho-social support, and care coordination.
Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose service user needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring high-quality care and treatment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders, promoting collaborative working and best practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Non-Medical Prescriber who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and treatment. You will have a strong background in substance misuse treatment, with a minimum of one year's relevant experience. You will be a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber, with current registration with the relevant professional body.
