As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, and you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our product managers, production leaders, sales, and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality systems processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide fact-based recommendations to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate sources of variation, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
  • Work with our R&D team to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a quality department or similar position in a manufacturing environment.
  • Professional working knowledge of quality standard tools, such as G8D, PPAP, 5why, Pareto, and MSA.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Minitab, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable results.
