About the Role

Availability Window

Our store operates 7 days a week, with the following availability windows:

Sun: 14:30:00 - 23:00:00

Mon: 14:30:00 - 23:00:00

Tue: 14:30:00 - 23:00:00

Wed: 14:30:00 - 23:00:00

Thu: 14:30:00 - 23:00:00

Fri: 14:30:00 - 23:00:00

We offer a competitive hourly rate, starting from £14.28, with increases to £15.41 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location and skills.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, but we also offer flexibility for colleagues who want to work fewer hours (minimum 12 hours). You'll have 3 weeks' notice of your scheduled shifts.

  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a variety of tasks
  • Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store
  • Provide excellent customer service, listening to customers and helping them find what they need
  • Look for ways to improve service, including coaching colleagues and giving feedback
  • Support colleagues in-store, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Maintain a strong understanding of store performance and assist managers in improving store operations
  • Lead by example, setting a high standard for colleagues
