**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Newham. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN, helping them to reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities:**

  • To provide high-quality support to students with SEN, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • To work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of students with SEN.
  • To assist with classroom management, contributing to a calm and productive learning environment.
