Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Research and Service Design Lead to join our integrated teams at Designit.

As a Research and Service Design Lead, you will have the freedom to search for answers from across disciplines and methods, from anthropology to HCI and deep qualitative research to quant usability testing.

You will be responsible for helping us take our practice to the next level, establishing best practices, and connecting with the broader research & design community.

  • Develop strategic research and service design recommendations for projects like customer strategy, proposition development, product/service design, and marketing.
  • Design and conduct qualitative research techniques, including interviews, participant observation, online diaries, projective techniques, and literature reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to cultivate knowledge-sharing sessions with speakers from inside and outside Designit.
  • Work with a 'here to help' attitude, with a fundamental belief that we're better together.
  • Be fluent in English – other languages are a bonus.
