Reconciliation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reconciliation Analyst to join our team. As a Reconciliation Analyst, you will be responsible for performing complex reconciliations and supporting the Team Manager in dealing with the flow of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support the Team Manager in dealing with the flow of work and acting as a coach for the team
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure reconciliations are completed in line with the account profile
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues
- Apply technical knowledge, skill, and effort to deliver business results while actively participating in operational improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience of carrying out investigations and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues
- Strong coaching skills to support other colleagues
- Ability to prioritize workload and make decisions based on what is best for achieving business results
- Flexible approach with ability to deliver results within demanding timescales and respond quickly and efficiently to changes
