Electrical Project Engineer Job Description

Fusion People Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects, ensuring optimum efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct, supervise, and support project-related operations.
  • Plan, develop, and implement activities for efficient project execution.
  • Monitor daily workloads to ensure efficient and profitable project operations.
  • Prepare and adhere to project timelines and material procurement schedules.
  • Establish good working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Commercial:
  • Monitor project performance against targets.
  • Assist in preparing ongoing and final project accounts.
Administration:
  • Ensure project files are maintained according to company procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties to support project management.
Personnel:
  • Communicate clearly with project team members and monitor performance and productivity.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Business Development:
  • Maintain and develop customer contacts in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager.
Projects:
  • Implement and conclude specific projects to improve overall group performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing electrical projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000
