About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Account Manager to join our team at Duval Associates Ltd. As an E-commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online presence and sales of our products through various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Wayfair, and Costco.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including e-commerce platform representatives and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce account management, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Wayfair, and Costco.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics.
