About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Handler Assistant to join our team at SME Graduate Employment Ltd. As a Claims Handler Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the claims handling process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register new claims and gather information from clients
  • Issue invoices to clients for services rendered
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the claims handling process
  • Process claims to some extent, under the guidance of senior team members
Future Prospects

This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development. With experience and training, you can progress to more senior roles, such as Case Handler, where you will be responsible for processing claims independently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to accurately record and process information. A degree is preferred, but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Working Environment
