Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Ambassador to lead our beverage team at Luxury Family Hotels Ltd.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £12,500.00 per annum, plus service charge and a comprehensive benefits package, working 40 hours per week.

About the Role:

• Customer Experience: Create memorable moments for our guests through exceptional beverage service and warm hospitality.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with other hospitality professionals to deliver seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
• Efficient Operations: Maintain a clean, well-organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bartending or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, welcoming attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
