About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Electrical Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Progressive/SThree Group in Cardiff. As a Lead Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-value electrical mechanical civil infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of project engineers, working closely with clients from design through commissioning of various engineering projects. You will also ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills Required

">

To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree or higher qualification related to Engineering (or equivalent industry experience) and previous experience as a Project Engineer, leading & managing other project engineers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record successfully managing large-scale multidisciplinary engineering schemes, including detailed design stages - design assurance stage gate process.
