Job Summary
EC Property Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Associate Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join their team in London. As a leader in the market, this company is involved in numerous projects in the Mixed Use, Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Retail, and Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the progress of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with prominent banks and funds on significant developments in London and the South East.
- Provide expert advice on quantity surveying and building surveying to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Background in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying, preferably with MRICS accreditation.
- Experience in monitoring and reporting on construction projects.
- Strong comprehension of the Monitoring role and a clear career drive to specialise in this domain.
- Relevant consultancy experience in London and the South East.
