Your Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain accurate computer and paper-based document filing systems.
- Review and distribute documents according to departmental procedures.
- Process responses to issued documents and chase where required.
- Administer requests for information and conduct periodic archiving.
- Experience working within a Common Data Environment (CDE), such as BIM360 or Aconex.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems, including Microsoft Office software.
- Familiarity with industry legislation and guidance applicable to your subject field.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
