We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor to join our team at MAPP. As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned properties, including service delivery, occupier liaison, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement property management plans, including service charge budgets and property plans.
- Monitor and report on property performance, including statutory and internal compliance.
- Authorise and review supplier payments, including preparation and submission of funding requests to clients.
- Provide support and due diligence for client building and site purchases, aligned with legislative guidelines and MAPP practices.
- Read, review, and understand leases and documents, ensuring occupier compliance with obligations and expectations.
- Manage a team, aligned with MAPP values, and engage with occupiers to improve occupier satisfaction and retention.
- Deal with the smooth onboarding and offboarding of new or outgoing instructions to relevant external parties, including the management of any TUPE processes with the People Team.
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the commercial property management sector.
- MRICS is desirable but not essential.
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
