- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
