Job Title: Physiotherapist Functional Assessor

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role, combining your clinical expertise with a better work-life balance.

About the Role

As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life. You will draw on your clinical expertise to listen carefully to each person's medical history, perform a physical examination, and produce concise, accurate reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP).

The role involves meeting people both face-to-face and via telephone/video. You will be sensitive, compassionate, and able to ask the right questions while upholding best practice standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical assessments of individuals
  • Produce accurate and concise reports for the DWP
  • Meet with individuals face-to-face and via telephone/video
  • Uphold best practice standards in assessment delivery

Requirements
  • Continuous Professional Development present on CV
