About the Role:

  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments to evaluate individuals' daily living abilities.
  • Develop detailed reports on assessment findings, using clinical knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Current and unrestricted HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • A minimum of 1-year post-registration UK experience in NHS or private healthcare providers.
  • Strong report writing, communication, organisation, and time management skills.
