**Job Description**


We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Coordinator Lead to join our team in Warrington/Cumbria. As a key member of our digital project team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation and coordination of our digital projects within Sellafield.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretariat support to our digital project team, including taking minutes, tracking actions, and maintaining project documentation. You will also work closely with our project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, scope, and budget.


In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale initiatives to larger, more complex programs. You will be responsible for managing multiple deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that high levels of accuracy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.


We are looking for someone who is highly organised, able to work independently, and as part of a team. You will need to have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills, as well as the ability to relate to a wide variety of stakeholders, from senior executives to technical specialists.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support the organisation and coordination of digital project teams
  • Provide secretariat support to the digital project team, including taking minutes, tracking actions, and maintaining project documentation
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, scope, and budget
  • Manage multiple deadlines, prioritise tasks, and maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Establish effective working relationships between team members
  • Develop and support effective communication between project teams
