Learning Support Career

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with complex needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing disorders, physical disabilities, and communication challenges. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies that cater to the individual needs of each student
- Helping students overcome barriers to learning, identifying triggers, and implementing psychological theories in practical settings
- Developing strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
