Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Evidencia Scientific Search and Selection Limited. As a key member of our HEOR consultancy, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading the design and execution of clinical, economic, and quality of life systematic literature reviews.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct and supervise systematic literature review projects, including data extraction, quality assessment, and project management activities.
- Work alongside expert technical teams to support the development of health technology assessment submission dossiers or collaborate with internal systematic review analysts and statisticians to conduct de novo global literature reviews.
- Contribute to mentoring and training of SLR analysts, ensuring the development of their skills and expertise.
- Bachelor's degree or above in the life sciences.
- Extensive experience in systematic literature reviews, including clinical and economic SLRs (2+ years in a consulting environment or several years in a relevant academic or public sector setting).
- Hands-on experience with network meta-analysis is an advantage.
- Exposure to HTA processes and Pharma clients/private sector clients.
