Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for a range of positions, spending large amounts of time on the phone screening a minimum of 15 candidates per day and matching them to their ideal jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a range of positions
  • Spending large amounts of time on the phone screening a minimum of 15 candidates per day and matching them to their ideal jobs
  • Recording accurate data within the system and creating CV's
  • Utilising a range of leading candidate sourcing tools
  • Attending local job fairs and recruitment events to represent the business
  • Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Requirements:

  • A Business related degree - ESSENTIAL
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data

What We Offer:

  • £23,337.60 to £26,000 per annum DOE (With an Uncapped Commission Structure)
  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)
  • Every 2nd Friday off in addition to 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service, and your birthday off on us
