A prestigious global law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Graphic Design Lead to join their Brand & Communications team in London. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for applying core design principles to complex, strategic projects to help shape and push design boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate design projects by gathering essential information, developing effective design solutions, and clearly demonstrating how the designs meet the requirements of internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project workflows and communications to meet deadlines.
  • Guide internal clients and teams on the application of brand guidelines, contributing to their evolution, and crafting templates and new visual elements for the brand.
  • Support the development of high-quality image asset libraries that are consistent with brand guidelines and used across all firm communications.
  • Implement core design principles to strategic projects that align with brand standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or an equivalent.
  • Experience as a designer in a professional services or business-to-business environment.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems, email marketing systems, digital and social marketing, and UX.
