Adult Transitions Team Member

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join its Adult Transitions Team on a part-time basis in Surrey. The successful candidate will have a Social Work Qualification or equivalent and be able to manage a caseload with individuals, children, families, and carers. You will work closely with other professionals to assess and plan for safeguarding and provide professional reflective supervision to staff who are not professionally qualified.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of individuals, children, families, and carers who require support and guidance.
- Undertake assessments and plans for safeguarding, where relevant.
- Provide professional reflective supervision to staff who are not professionally qualified.
- Maintain up-to-date case work records on the database as required by Surrey.
- Work within the Directorate's data protection policies.
Salary and Benefits:
- An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
