Job Summary:

Blue Pelican is seeking an experienced Property Litigator to join our legal department in Maidstone, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing property-related disputes, including landlord & tenant disputes, boundary disputes, repossessions, and disrepair cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for property-related disputes, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and residential property litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for dispute resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years of experience in property litigation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
