About the Position:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading recruitment agency specializing in finance and professional services. As a Senior Advisory Role in Healthcare Transactions, you will have expertise extending across the full range of sub-sectors, particularly Medtech.

The role involves working across the Healthcare sector on a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions, including preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis, and client communications.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of transactions, including financial modeling and deal origination
  • Conduct industry research for both deal origination and transaction analysis
  • Perform valuation work and LBO analysis
  • Initiate and lead marketing and business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Transactional experience in a lead advisory role, with a track record of leading M&A transactions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to undertake detailed financial/commercial analysis for inclusion in client reports
  • Self-confidence and appetite to be involved in business development activities
  • Ability to develop, coach, and motivate junior members of the team

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a supportive work environment.
