The salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, paid to scale on a permanent contract following the MPS/UPS pay scale within the National pay scale.

Job Requirements:

* QTS or equivalent.
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
* Proven track record of delivering excellent teaching across KS4 and KS5.
* Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
