About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Stanley Wilson Care Home in Saffron Walden, Essex. As a UK Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with the care team and reporting to the Deputy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and monitor the care team's practice to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and create person-centred care plans and risk assessments
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents and promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect

Requirements:

  • A valid UK NMC Pin number
  • Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks - NMC and CQC
  • A passion for working with older people
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, kind, and professional nature
