- Lead and support the nursing team to maintain high standards of clinical care
- Ensure residents receive the best care through excellent nursing and clinical practices
- Work closely with management to contribute to clinical delivery
- Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure
- Promote best nursing practices and mentor team members
- Encourage positive working relationships within the team
- Oversee audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance
- NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience
- Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team
- Prior management experience or experience leading a small team
- Ability to make clinical decisions under pressure
- Passion for promoting best nursing practices and mentoring others
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance
- Annual salary of £49,920
